1. How long will my order be shipped?

Please expect your order to be shipped out on the next working day upon received payment.

 

2. Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped, order can be cancelled via email. However, order cannot be cancelled if it has already shipped.

 

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Local mail (Hong Kong) will be delivered in the next working day. International mail takes generally 6 - 8 working days, details.

 

4. If items I wanted to order are temporarily out of stock?

Please send your order to info@masterstrings.com and allow 7-10 days for shippment.
